For the fourth time in the last seven years, St. Albert is Iowa's Class 1-A champ.The team from Council Bluffs capped a perfect 14-0 season with a 35-0 shutout of South Winneshiek. Jake Water, who led St. Alberts to the 2007 championship, rushed for three touchdowns this year victory.
