Iowa High School Football Huddle
The Sunday Register in Des Moines printed its great high school football preview yesterday, which included it's pre-season rankings.
In 2-A, two-time defending champ Solon grabbed the #1 slot as it tries to become just the fourth Iowa team to win three straight championships. Solon enters the season on a 27-game win streak.
The other #1's i the pre-season poll:
4-A - Iowa City
3-A - Harlan
2-A - Solon
1-A - Council Bluffs St. Albert
Class A - Southern Cal
Eight-Man - Lenox
